Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and JM Strategic Solutions LLC (“JMSS”), which operates BidSource. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
BidSource analyzes solicitation documents, produces an internal Go/No-Go score, builds subcontractor-facing summaries, finds nearby subcontractors, and sends outreach from your connected mailbox. Analysis and scores are decision aids generated partly by AI. They can be wrong, and you remain responsible for your bid decisions and for checking every requirement against the official solicitation.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the emails sent from your mailbox through BidSource, including their accuracy and compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act and other laws.
- Do not upload documents you are not authorized to share, including classified or export-controlled material or information marked CUI.
- Do not use BidSource to send spam or to contact anyone who has unsubscribed.
- Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Plans and billing
Plans renew monthly until cancelled and include the monthly limits shown on the pricing page. You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are not refunded for partial months. We may change prices with 30 days’ notice.
Your content
You own the documents and data you upload. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
BidSource is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee contract awards, subcontractor responses, or uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
Ending your account
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or misuse outreach.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
