Sound familiar?
Every service contract starts the same way: a long document, a short deadline and a list of subs you haven’t found yet.
The SOW runs 90 pages and quotes are due Tuesday.
A 60-second overview: what the work is, how big it is, the catch, and every date that matters.
You can’t tell if it’s worth losing the weekend over.
A 1–10 go/no-go call built from your NAICS codes, set-asides, location and past performance.
Finding subs means Google Maps and cold calls.
Qualified local subs within a 3-hour drive get a plain-English breakdown from your own inbox.
From solicitation to subcontractor inbox in one sitting
Four steps you’d otherwise do by hand across a SAM.gov tab, a spreadsheet, Google Maps and your email.

Go on the recommendation, or override it and pursue anyway. It’s your bid.
Reach the subs
BidSource finds local subcontractors within a 3-hour drive and sends each one a personal email with your branded breakdown.
Change your company. Watch the call change.
Pick a sample solicitation, then set your certifications and clearance. The score rebuilds from the same seven factors BidSource uses on your real SOWs.
The Navy help desk is set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned businesses and needs a Secret clearance. Add both and watch the call change.
Strongly advise against. This doesn’t match your company.

Every qualified sub within a 3-hour drive of the job site
BidSource searches each trade the SOW calls for, centered on the place of performance. This is the Marion, Indiana VA campus from the sample SOW.
Distances are straight-line from the job site. Detroit and Evansville fall just past 180 miles, so they're left out.
A breakdown they can price, with your name on it
Local subs don’t read FAR clauses. BidSource strips the government language and gives them the scope, the site, the schedule and exactly what to put in their quote.
- Your logo, colors and contact info on every page. Set once during onboarding.
- Plain English scope, site details and requirements.
- Your score stays private. Subs never see the go/no-go analysis.
- Review every email before it goes, or switch to fully automated.

Questions, answered
Anything else? Email joey@jmstrategicsolutions.com and you’ll hear back from a person, usually the same day.
What do I need to get started?
Your company basics (NAICS codes, certifications, where you work) and a solicitation to try it on. Setup takes about five minutes, and you can add your logo and colors so every breakdown goes out under your brand.
What files can I upload?
PDF, Word and Excel. Upload up to three files at once, such as the SOW, a pricing sheet and an amendment.
Who do the sub emails come from?
From your own mailbox, so replies come straight back to you. You can review every email before it goes, or let BidSource send them automatically.
Do subcontractors see my score?
No. Subs only get the plain-English breakdown of the work. Your go/no-go analysis stays private.
Does BidSource decide whether I bid?
No. It gives you a recommendation and the reasons behind it. You can pursue a bid it scores low, or pass on one it scores high. It’s your call every time.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. Switch plans from Settings at any time. Upgrades take effect right away and you only pay the difference. Monthly plans can be cancelled whenever you like.
Your next solicitation is already posted.
Upload it and know in a few minutes whether it’s worth chasing.
